Neksjob Philippines is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns regarding goods and services. Your role will involve assisting customers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, as well as providing guidance and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide solutions to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing
