We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Client Growth Specialist. This key position is responsible for driving business expansion by fostering strong relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor client satisfaction and product usage across touchpoints, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to reduce churn and promote long-term retention, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive customer journey map, highlighting key milestones and pain points to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis and review customer feedback to stay ahead of industry trends and evolving customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and share insights, ensuring a unified approach to driving business growth.
  • Identify opportunities for product adoption and loyalty, developing customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide expert guidance on onboarding and support processes, tailoring approaches to meet the distinct requirements of each client.
  • Proactively address client issues, applying a solutions-focused mindset to resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine customer success processes, staying attuned to shifting client needs and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, interpreting results to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, with a track record of leadership achievements preferred.
  • Excellent time management and cross-functional collaboration skills, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Results-oriented individual with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude, driven to achieve exceptional outcomes.
