This key growth specialist role directly contributes to revenue expansion by ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and supporting the overall sales strategy with high-quality engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outbound calls, emails, and professional networking.
- Client Engagement: Conduct initial conversations with prospects, understand their needs, and position our offerings effectively.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings for the sales team by effectively engaging decision-makers and nurturing relationships.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
- Market Insights & Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and client pain points to enhance outreach efforts.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with internal teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, preferably in healthcare, software as a service, or business-to-business sales
- Experience in healthcare technology or working with medical professionals
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle objections and think critically during conversations
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Notion
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized
