About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee client accounts from day-to-day operations to strategic planning. Your goal will be to develop effective brand strategies for clients and increase their market share and sales through social media channels and other marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with our team to analyze consumer trends, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for both clients and our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client accounts to ensure their goals are met through effective brand strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in increasing market share and sales for clients' products or services.
  • Conduct and document market research on consumer trends.
  • Analyze, assess, and evaluate competitors' products and their brand issues.
  • Coordinate with clients, sales staff, advertising executives, and marketing specialists in developing a brand image for clients' products.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of agency experience in clients servicing.
  • Clients handled are ideally from the hospitality and retail industries.
  • Proven track record and ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver projects on time.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategies and guidelines, marketing, and social media management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
