Sales Performance Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Trainer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for motorcycles and are looking to utilize their leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you will be responsible for training and developing the sales team to meet and exceed targets. You will also play a key role in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales training programs that improve performance and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to enhance their skills and confidence.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in computer software and systems, including CRM tools and data analysis platforms.
