Executive Sales Team Lead

Nabati Food Philippines is seeking an experienced Executive Sales Team Lead to oversee its sales team and drive business growth in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience gained from a reputable FMCG organization.
About the RoleThis is a challenging opportunity for a results-driven professional who can collaborate with upper management to create project plans, set benchmarks, and analyze sales performance data to develop strategies for increasing sales volume and market share. As Executive Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for meeting with clients to discuss products, prices, delivery schedules, and other business concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee assigned sales team to ensure regular achievement of financial, operational, and sales goals.
- Collaborate with upper management to create project plans and set appropriate benchmarks for the sales team.
- Analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction data to develop strategies for increasing sales volume and market share.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience gained from an FMCG organization.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Analytical and creative thinking abilities.
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-oriented approach with aptitude.
- The ability to travel as needed.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
