Operational Excellence Specialist

The Process Auditor role is responsible for evaluating, documenting, and improving operational processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. This involves conducting audits of operational workflows, analyzing current business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to optimize productivity and quality.

Key responsibilities include conducting audits to assess compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices; analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement; developing and maintaining documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs); collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements; monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs); and preparing audit reports detailing findings and recommendations.

Requirements for this position include at least 5 years of experience in process auditing, quality assurance, or business process improvement; strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose solutions; excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy; and proficiency in audit methodologies, process mapping tools, and data analysis software.
