We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented and has the ability to evaluate and improve operational processes. This includes assessing compliance with internal policies, industry regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct audits of operational workflows to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Analyze current business processes and recommend enhancements to optimize productivity and quality.
  3. Develop and maintain documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and accuracy in processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and track progress on corrective actions.
  5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to identify areas for process optimization.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in process auditing, quality assurance or business process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and propose solutions.
  • Experience in digital content production, media services or a similar fast-moving industry is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Proficiency in audit methodologies, process mapping tools and data analysis software.
