Air Liquide Philippines is a fully owned subsidiary of Air Liquide Group, a world leader in gases, technologies and services for Industry and Health. We operate air separation units (ASU), hydrogen plants, carbon dioxide plants, cylinder refilling stations and depots, on-site plants and pipelines nationwide. About the Role
The Sales and Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth and revenue. This individual will also be involved in conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and creating tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business and 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. They will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. The willingness to travel to customers' locations and participate in industry events is also required.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive solutions for customers
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business development strategies
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other industry events to represent Air Liquide and build brand awareness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to customers' locations and participate in industry events
