The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of store development experience and be able to use English as a working language. They will also need to be familiar with local retail market and business format in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop an expansion plan according to our annual expansion target
  2. Evaluate the location of business districts and stores, and optimize their placement
  3. Dock with suppliers to ensure the progress of store construction
  4. Maintain a good connection with the merchants department of the shopping mall, and prioritize obtaining information about the expansion of the shopping mall
Requirements
  1. Familiarity with local retail market and business format in the Philippines
  2. At least 3 years of store development experience
  3. Ability to use English as a working language
  4. Preference for candidates with resources from the investment department of the Philippine business group
