Retail Technology Account Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at iRipple, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts in the retail sector, fostering strong relationships, and driving revenue growth.
As an Account Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of our retail technology solutions, meeting client needs and exceeding their expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a background in account management within the SAAS industry or similar domains, with excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the retail sector.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and align them with the company's retail technology solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage client interactions and opportunities.
- Experience in managing projects related to retail technology implementation and customization.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed business decisions and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in account management within the SAAS industry or similar domains.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to clients.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts, including forecasting, billing processes, and revenue recognition.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving business growth.
