  • Collaborate with other departments to review their processes and ensure accurate reporting of spiffs, bonus pays, salaries, and other compensation-related data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience processing US payroll, with a strong understanding of US laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Excel and other software applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
