Cashless Payments Executive

Job Summary:

The Cashless Payments Executive is responsible for spearheading the adoption of cashless payments across all tenants and service delivery providers within the malls ecosystem.

This individual will ensure that tenants accept at least one form of cashless payment, with the goal of increasing acceptance to all forms. The executive will work closely with key cashless payment providers and business units to align programs and campaigns across all parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement projects with various business units to increase cashless payments acceptance in the malls.
  • Establish a process to capture and analyze cashless transactional data from implemented use-cases.
  • Foster strong partnerships and relationships with business units, cashless payment providers, and tenants to drive better business performance and deals.
  • Collaborate with key cashless payment providers to launch user acquisition campaigns and sustain cashless payments usage in our malls.
  • Institutionalize a process requiring mall operations to consistently update tenant cashless payment information.
  • Coach and train staff on product, project, and account management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in account management, relationship management, business development, project, and product management, with knowledge of various forms of payments.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to be assigned in a specific location.
