This is an extraordinary opportunity to join a highly successful team as a key member of the Partner Success unit. As Account Director - Commerce, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and success for our B2B travel commerce partners in APAC.

Your primary focus will be on executing partner strategies, fostering engagement, and ensuring our partners are fully empowered to thrive with our platform. This demanding yet rewarding role requires a unique blend of commercial acumen, operational expertise, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Partner Success strategy that maximizes partner satisfaction, drives adoption of additional travel products, and boosts overall revenue performance.
  • Lead the onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement of Korean-speaking partners, serving as their dedicated advocate within the organization.
  • Promote the adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure seamless operations, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make informed decisions to optimize product offerings.
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is highly valued.
