Job Overview

The Regional Delivery Implementation Head is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the successful execution of client implementation and delivery projects within the payments industry across multiple regions. This leader will help define and drive the global delivery strategy, leading a regional team of Delivery Implementation Managers to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define and own the regional Delivery Implementation strategy, aligning with regional commercial, product, and operational priorities and client priorities.
  • Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and tools for delivering complex payment solutions to enterprise merchants.
  • Manage, lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing regional delivery team consisting of Delivery Implementation Managers across different markets.
  • Set and monitor KPIs around time-to-live, delivery velocity, customer satisfaction, and internal process adherence.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex delivery issues and ensure alignment across key internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Treasury, and Customer Success).
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in implementation, delivery, or onboarding in payments, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise tech within the payments or fintech industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing regional operations/ managing multi-region or global.
  • A strong understanding of integration models (API, hosted, hybrid) and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • A proven track record of leadership and team management abilities.
