Customer Success Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success unit, you will be responsible for retaining and developing high potential accounts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your clients.
  • Onboard partners, transitioning from a newly launched status.
  • Research client's company to stay up-to-date on rebranding, organization changes, overall print needs, seasonality, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of account management experience – or equivalent.
  • Experience with or knowledge of Salesforce – or any related CRM tool.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
