The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned User Acquisition Manager to join our team and drive mobile user growth for our flagship app. As a key member of our growth and user acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mobile gaming industry, including the latest trends, challenges, and opportunities. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new growth channels, develop targeted advertising content, and optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs.
  • Collaborate with our data analytics team to track daily campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign spend.
  • Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop targeted advertising content that resonates with gamers and enhances brand engagement.
  • Identify and test new growth channels to expand our reach and drive user acquisition.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of driving user growth and revenue through effective paid user acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
