Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients through inbound phone calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls with a friendly tone and attitude.
  • Provide exemplary customer service by resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Deliver quality results in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Collect and gather necessary information for clinical review.
  • Cross-train on other communication platforms as needed, including outbound calls, chats, and emails.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to take unstructured information and structure it effectively.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across remote teams, navigating multiple systems to compile needed information.

  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to understand problems and find viable solutions.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, delivering quality results, and meeting established performance targets.
