Front Desk Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Customer Service Ambassador to represent our dental practice. As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring smooth practice flow.
- Act as a liaison between patients and our team members, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
- Manage patient scheduling, recalls, appointment setting, and confirmations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform insurance verification and maintain accurate patient records, utilizing Open Dental software for scheduling and record-keeping.
- Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and empathy.
- Support daily front office operations, anticipating and resolving issues promptly to ensure seamless practice flow.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of previous dental or medical office experience, preferably in an orthodontic setting.
- Experience working with Open Dental software is highly valued.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
