About the Role:- You will be the initial point of contact for patients, providing empathetic support and resolving queries promptly.
- Schedule appointments with primary care physicians, considering annual exams, follow-ups, and preventive screenings.
- Verify insurance coverage, deductibles, and network status to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in Athena EHR, leveraging its features for optimal performance.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a medical office setting, preferably in family medicine or internal medicine.
- Proficiency in Athena EHR, including scheduling, documentation, and patient communication tools.
- Familiarity with primary care visit types, referral processes, and insurance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently within a collaborative team.
