Exceptional Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service professional to deliver exceptional service to clients across multiple channels while supporting key marketing initiatives. This role combines operational customer care duties with marketing-related tasks, including assisting with e-commerce campaigns, client communications, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Care:
- Respond to client enquiries across email, phone, and social media in line with luxury service standards
- Manage daily live chat conversations with online platform clients, upholding the company's standards
- Reply to online reviews and feedback
- Monitor and manage the customer care and information inbox, and handle all communication promptly
- Escalate complex client concerns, consulting with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
- Professional Development:
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
- Develop skills and knowledge acquisition
- People Engagement:
- Support and adhere to company values and policies
- Explore and implement opportunities for improvement and growth
- Workplace Health and Safety:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience in a similar position within a related industry
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and proficiency in merchandise or ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, particularly in data entry
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to liaise across teams
- Resilient and able to give and receive constructive feedback
- Ability to build trust, influence, and coach at all levels
