About this role

We're looking for a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Recruiter + People Operations Assistant. In this exciting opportunity, you will play a pivotal role in building and supporting our incredible team by leading end-to-end recruitment and ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Lead the hiring process for various roles, utilizing applicant tracking systems to manage the process and provide data-driven insights.
  • Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and define role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate the offer process with our internal teams.
People Operations Responsibilities:
  • Support onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.
  • Manage and update employee records using HR systems.
  • Collaborate on performance management processes, including reviews and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment and people operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with platforms like Workable or similar ATS.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
What would be a plus:
  • Experience in a creative or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with HR systems like Rippling.
  • Previous work experience in a remote-first or globally distributed team environment.
