Technical Recruiter Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting for IT and Engineering roles.

The ideal candidate will have handled technical positions such as software developers, QA engineers, DevOps, network admins, or mechanical/electrical engineers. This is a fast-paced recruiting position that requires quality, communication, and urgency. You must be able to speak tech with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit for technical positions across IT and Engineering
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Screen candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
  • Track progress using ATS and recruitment tools
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Direct experience recruiting for IT and/or Engineering roles
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and hiring language
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in RPO, agency, or high-volume environments
  • Familiarity with niche tech stacks or hard-to-fill engineering roles
  • A collaborative mindset and solution-oriented approach
