Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This is perfect for recruiters who are confident in their abilities and motivated by performance-based compensation.

This role involves sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the U.S. You will work directly with Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates.

You must have access to your own sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and be able to work U.S. business hours or solely on weekends if you choose.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles.
  • Working directly with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates.
  • Utilizing own sourcing resources and tools to identify top healthcare talent.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
  • Collaborating virtually with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently in a 100% remote role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor.
  • Must have your own VOIP US phone number/line.
Compensation

Competitive commission per placement, with no cap on earnings. The more you place, the more you earn.

Real example earnings of one of my assistants made over $25,000 (USD) in the last 6 months on commissions only.
