Recruitment Specialist (Blue-Collar Experience, Hybrid)

Job Description:
  • Build and cultivate talent pipelines across the various divisions and employment disciplines.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including source, screen, interview, evaluate to align with the company and client policies, including all mobilisation requirements.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Actively recruit personnel utilising a range of sourcing strategies to attract and engage high calibre employees into the business.
  • Ensure positive candidate experiences to ensure the highest standard throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment within Oil and Gas, Construction, Projects, Maintenance, or Shutdowns.
  • Experience managing and issuing blue-collar contracts of employment.
  • Experience in internal recruitment and mobilization processes.
  • Highly driven and organized individual who understands the importance of delivering a seamless experience to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Positive, energetic approach to work and all related requirements.
  • Team player with a willingness to step in and support the team when needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
