Recruitment Specialist Opportunity

This role involves building and maintaining high-performing recruitment teams, focusing on skilled and unskilled healthcare roles.

  • Source qualified candidates for RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers, conducting phone screens and managing interviews using platforms like HelloHire or similar tools.
  • Utilize CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach and candidate sourcing, ensuring efficient recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines, providing accurate tracking and analysis through ATS and recruitment dashboards.
  • Support document collection, license verification, and background checks, maintaining compliance with regulations.
  • Track recruitment funnel metrics, including application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Recommend ways to enhance hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency, driving business growth and success.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of recruitment experience, preferably in skilled and unskilled healthcare roles. They must have excellent phone skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a proven track record of closing candidates.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Creative sourcing using social media, job boards, and AI tools, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Experience with CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter, with a solid understanding of their features and capabilities.
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing requirements.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented in compliance tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional English communication (written and spoken), with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, requiring a 100% remote setup. You will need a dedicated workspace, necessary equipment, and a reliable internet connection. A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps is required, along with a backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source.

Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM are the minimum specifications for your main computer, while Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM are the minimum for your backup computer.
