Job Opportunity

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to fill the role of Recruiter + People Operations Assistant. In this position, you'll take ownership of talent acquisition while ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

As a key member of our team, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles, utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workable to manage the hiring process and provide data-driven insights.

You'll partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and define role requirements, build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, and coordinate the offer process with our internal teams.

In addition to recruitment, you'll assist in launching our new office space, support onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and set up for success, and manage and update employee records using HR systems like Rippling.

Requirements for this role include proven experience in recruitment and people operations, proficiency with ATS platforms, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement, is essential for this position.
