Job Title: Customer Retention Specialist

This is an entry-level position in sales and customer service. The role involves implementing strategies to boost customer loyalty, reduce attrition rates, and proactively reach out to unassigned customers to assess their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closing Deals: Nurture and convert leads assigned by the team lead, sourced from various campaigns or existing customer leads. You will also identify cohorts of unassigned customers, conduct needs assessments, and resell relevant products.
  • Sales Performance Metrics: Maintain a deep understanding of insurance products and services to effectively advise customers and answer queries. Stay updated on new products, processes, and policies through continuous training programs.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with retained customers and provide personalized support to pave the way for future resell opportunities.

You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer loyalty and minimizing attrition. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to boost customer retention and reducing attrition rates.
