Customer Retention Leader
We are seeking a Customer Retention Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer retention results and implement strategic retention initiatives.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to align retention efforts and update retention processes. You will also analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify at-risk accounts and develop strategies to improve customer loyalty.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience in leading high-performing teams. They will be able to analyze data, interpret trends, and make informed decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
