Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned retention expert to design and implement strategic email, SMS, and automated journeys that drive customer engagement and repeat purchases.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling lifecycle marketing programs for e-commerce businesses and a deep understanding of customer retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute advanced email and SMS flows that optimize customer interactions and boost sales.
  • Identify and nurture top customers through personalized outreach, turning them into brand advocates and case study partners.
  • Grow membership adoption, reduce churn, and create exclusive perks that keep customers engaged long-term.
  • Launch referral, loyalty, and user-generated content programs that turn satisfied customers into active promoters of the brand.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write engaging content and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
