Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Retention Officer, based on-site in Makati City. The Business Retention Officer will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships, performing market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media marketing, and supporting sales efforts. Daily tasks include addressing client inquiries, analyzing customer feedback, and identifying opportunities for client engagement and retention.

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
