Drive Customer Success as a Strategic Business Partner
">We're seeking a seasoned professional to excel as a Customer Success Manager. This pivotal role plays a key part in enhancing customer retention through the creation of intuitive user experiences and effective churn reduction strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to identify areas for improvement, propose actionable solutions, and track the impact of these initiatives on our B2B and B2C customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze critical customer metrics to inform data-driven retention strategies.
- Partner with design and product teams to refine UI/UX and minimize churn.
- Design and test innovative solutions to enhance navigational flow and usability.
- Align retention initiatives with business objectives through close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
- Provide timely, data-driven insights to leadership based on customer behavior trends.
- Ensure accurate reporting on cross-functional projects.
- Lead efforts to boost referrals and customer advocacy.
- Support seamless customer onboarding and engagement processes.
- Pursue continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in SaaS, user journey mapping, and usability principles.
- Strong understanding of navigation optimization, retention, and referral strategies.
- At least 2 years of experience in related roles; leadership experience is a plus.
- High emotional intelligence and exceptional collaboration skills.
- Results-driven, adaptable, and proactive.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong can-do attitude.
