Job OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Sales and Partnership Development Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding Managed Service Providers (MSPs), nurturing existing partnerships, and developing new ones to drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of potential MSP partners, engaging in recruiting and onboarding activities to drive new partner relationships.
- Ensure MSP certification and effective enablement on AvePoint products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor GTM strategies for partner success.
- Provide ongoing account management support to partners, acting as their primary contact for business development or technical enablement needs.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record in sales and/or partner development, with at least 5 years of experience.
- A successful history of exceeding business development and booking goals.
- Experience managing end-to-end partner enablement plans and working collaboratively with internal direct sales & service teams.
- Ability to develop a quantifiable business case that establishes and drives strong mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Exceptional listening skills, empathy towards partner needs, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
