Responsibilities:
  1. Execute the Manage Partner Relationship (MPR) process within regions (such as Cebu and Davao).
  2. Achieve the channel sales target of the region. Interconnect with key customers (KAs) and achieve sales targets, develop local developers and key EPCs, and promote cooperation between KAs and local channel partners.
  3. Find projects along the power grid, build cooperation mechanisms for local power grid companies and organizations, and maintain customer relationships. Build a good cooperation ecosystem that supports client's power grids, investment developers, EPCs, and key customers.
  4. Work with partners to set sales targets based on market insights and distribution product strategies, and achieve distribution sales tasks through market means and management tools.
  5. Plan and build channel partners in the region, promote market development, build E2E channel routes, and develop lower-level resellers (including EPCs and installers).
  6. Develop sales activities and policies for partners in the region, including channel policies, channel operation, enablement, and channel marketing activities, promote, manage, motivate, and train partners, and expand client's sales through partners and increase Huawei's market share.
  7. Coordinate with the sales, product, service, and commercial departments to jointly promote the construction of the channel ecosystem in the region, improve the service quality, and enhance the brand.
  8. Be responsible for data analysis, market research, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback, maintain market activities and health, think and practice sales models, and continuously innovate.

  • Well presentable and good communication skills, innovative and passionate personality, project management, skilled with Excel, Power Point.
Required Education / Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above

Required Experience:
  • At least 5 years in account management and sales.
  • Sales/distribution experience in PV industry is preferred.
  • Power grid industry or photovoltaic development industry is preferred.
  • Be engaged in 2C market/carrier/KA channel sales management. Channel operators are preferred.
