As a key member of SuperStaff, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients to enhance their experience within our marketplace.

About the Role

This role involves improving client utilization and promoting continued engagement through best practices, troubleshooting barriers, and providing training as needed. You will also play a crucial part in introducing new features, launching promotions, and collecting feedback to ensure an exceptional member experience.

You will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to achieve these goals and develop incremental business opportunities with existing clients. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
  1. Client Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, resolve issues, and provide assistance with orders and other member experience inquiries.
  2. Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients and coworkers through professional interactions and proactive communication.
  3. Growth Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing client business through effective relationship management and strategic collaboration.
Requirements
  1. Education: An associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office is required.
  3. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably inside sales, is necessary.
  4. Knowledge: Expert-level knowledge of our online marketplace is essential.
  5. Skillset: Excellent organizational skills, telephone etiquette, follow-up skills, and problem-solving abilities are crucial.
  6. Communication: Strong computer, written, and oral communication skills are required.
  7. Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and ability to work independently are essential.
  8. CRM Systems: Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is a plus.
