Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Services Specialist to join our team at Hunter's Hub Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our branch operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet service level standards in supporting branch operational requirements related to New Business processing, collection, and office administration.
  • Provide timely and reliable customer service support for after-sales requests.
  • Process New Business transactions within agreed service level standards.
  • Accurately and timely post premium collections.
  • Process after-sales transactions within agreed service level standards.
  • Provide effective customer and distributor service for walk-in clients.
  • Upkeep of branch office facilities.
  • Distributor relationship management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in administrative or customer service functions.
  • Open to fresh graduates with customer service and administrative experience.
  • Background in insurance operational processes.
  • 1-4 years of experience in Customer Service or equivalent.
