Job Title: Branch Supervisor

At Alpha Infinity Holding Corp., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our team. This is a key role that requires a strong leader to manage and motivate a team of staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our resto bar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of staff, including bartenders, servers, and bar backs.
  • Ensure the efficient and seamless running of the bar, including coordinating with kitchen staff and managing inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, leading the team to exceed guest expectations.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure proper storage and rotation of all bar inventory.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Handle cash transactions, manage petty cash, and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Assist with the implementation of marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue and increase customer engagement.
  • Provide regular training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new bar staff.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety legislation, alcohol service regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is usually required, while a degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is often preferred.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is essential, with 2-3 years of experience in a similar position being common.
  • A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, customer service, food safety, and sanitation practices is crucial.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, cash handling, and cost control, is also desirable.
