Community Engagement Manager

A comprehensive overview of the role highlights the Community Engagement Manager's responsibility for promoting engagement communication strategies to the DataForce Community and acting as a stakeholder for both the Community member experience and business needs related to satisfaction, consolidation, and growth. The position requires collaboration with cross-function teams to ensure adherence to approved procedures when communicating with contributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote effective communication strategies to lead, coordinate, and monitor interactions with Community members
  • Liaise with technology development, delivery, and marketing departments as a Community stakeholder to provide requirements and follow-up on deliveries
  • Set and manage Community members' expectations while improving the Community experience
  • Follow sourcing strategies to achieve project targets based on past data and research
  • Analyze root causes of community escalations and propose corrective actions
  • Prepare presentations regarding Community insights for internal and external customers
  • Implement strategies for building and maintaining a large, engaged community
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and manage goals
  • Participate in the onboarding process for newcomers and serve as a point of contact for all Community Engagement processes
  • Track relevant Community KPIs
  • Plan and organize Community satisfaction surveys, converting results into actionable insights
  • Review delivery communication KPIs and workflows, making adjustments as necessary
Requirements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High-level interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines and ambitious goals
  • Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent coordination and resource planning
  • Proficiency with online platform development stages, collecting requirements, and testing
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proactive risk identification and solution implementation
  • Established competency in business applications and collaboration tools
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Vendor Management/Sourcing/Crowdsourcing/Talent Acquisition/ATSs development for communities
  • Experience working in multinational/multicultural virtual environments
  • Experience in cross-functional/matrix organizations
  • Demonstrated business English language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Customer Service focused positions
  • Fluency in languages other than English
