Role Overview

We're seeking a seasoned professional to drive site outreach campaigns, identifying key decision-makers and executing targeted lead lists.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and execute comprehensive doctor outreach campaigns for clinical trial site activation
  2. Research and filter doctors using cutting-edge tools and technologies
  3. Utilize clinical judgment and U.S. standard of care research to identify specialists and ensure precision in targeting
  4. Build sophisticated targeting frameworks using CPT, ICD-10, and claims logic
  5. Develop high-quality lists with 95%+ accuracy and quality-control before any email is sent out
  6. Create standardized playbooks and SOPs to streamline repeatable outreach
  7. Write persuasive outreach emails that drive replies and optimize response rates
  8. Manage a team of outreach coordinators, assigning tasks, checking quality, and coaching improvement
  9. Run email sequences in advanced tools like Mixmax
  10. Triage replies and hand off to the PM or Medical Director for NDA and qualification
  11. Track outreach performance and continuously improve the system
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience running high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech
  2. Expertise in understanding how doctors work, including specialties, referrals, and the U.S. healthcare system
  3. Able to reverse-engineer who's seeing the right patients and filter them effectively
  4. Systems-driven approach, building playbooks, workflows, and logic trees
  5. Capable of managing junior staff and getting the best out of them
  6. Excellent written communication skills and ability to write compelling outreach copy
  7. Familiarity with tools like Airtable, ChatGPT, Mixmax, and Google Sheets
  8. Ability to spot failure patterns early and fix them proactively
