We are seeking talented individuals to drive customer growth and success globally. In this role, you will collaborate with Sales teams to identify new business opportunities, define project scopes, and allocate resources effectively.

  • Engage with Enterprise leaders to develop tailored delivery approaches for high-priority projects.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to secure new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition teams to source skilled professionals for client projects.
  • Lead a team of diverse specialists including Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Operations experts.
  • Ensure seamless project execution and delivery in line with established processes and quality standards.
  • Manage client expectations and foster their involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Address client concerns promptly and cultivate trusted advisor relationships.
  • Collaborate with Project Management teams to oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new business prospects, conducting demos and determining next steps.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contacts, and leads in CRM systems.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel by performing regular follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Persuade warm leads using targeted communications and persuasive strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and account management.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with distributed teams and operating in remote environments.
  • Adept at handling complex challenges and adapting to fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
