  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive our clinical outreach strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key healthcare professionals, building targeted lead lists, and executing end-to-end outreach campaigns.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Design and execute targeted doctor outreach campaigns for clinical trial site activation">
  • Conduct thorough research and filtering of doctors using various tools and resources">
  • Utilize clinical judgment and U.S. standard of care research to identify the right specialists and exclude poor fits">
  • Develop targeting frameworks using CPT, ICD-10, and claims logic">
  • Ensure high-quality lists through rigorous quality assurance processes">
  • Create SOPs and research playbooks to standardize repeatable outreach">
  • Write and iterate effective outreach emails that drive replies">
  • Manage outreach coordinators, assigning work, checking quality, and coaching improvement">
  • Run email sequences in designated tools">
  • Triage replies and hand off to PM or Medical Director for NDA and qualification">
  • Monitor outreach performance and implement continuous improvements
">Requirements:">
  • ">
  • Proven experience in running high-context outreach campaigns in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech">
  • Deep understanding of how doctors work, including specialties, referrals, and U.S. healthcare system">
  • Able to reverse-engineer who sees the right patients and filter them effectively">
  • Systems-driven, with experience in building playbooks, workflows, and logic trees">
  • Capable of managing junior staff and getting the best out of them">
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to write persuasive outreach copy">
  • Proficient in Airtable, ChatGPT, Mixmax, and other relevant tools
