Job Title

A Digital Communications Specialist is needed to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and support internal operations. This role combines digital marketing expertise with strong organizational skills.

Location and Work Environment

This position must be based in Colombia and is available for remote work.

Language and Schedule

The ideal candidate will have advanced English language skills (B2/C1+) and be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, following Colombian holidays.

Experience Required
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management, administrative support, or a similar hybrid role.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to create engaging social media content and grow online communities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and schedule meaningful content across various social media platforms.
  • Coordinate paid campaigns to support client outreach and caregiver recruitment goals.
  • Respond promptly to messages, comments, and inquiries on social platforms.
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with seasonal campaigns and community events.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Create engaging stories, caregiver spotlights, and educational articles.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Review and organize email inboxes, prioritize messages, and flag items requiring action.
  • Assist with caregiver recruitment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records with confidentiality.
  • Support HR with caregiver appreciation initiatives and training schedules.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
