Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Lead Generation Specialist to represent client businesses through strategic outreach and lead management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize CRM operations to enhance the Client's business performance based on priorities.
  • Daily prospecting for new clients from various sources via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, sign calls, etc via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Input information into the database and create an effective touchpoint mechanism for these leads.
  • Nurture leads until appointments are set via phone calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing is preferred but not required.
  • Effective communication skills with peers and customers in both written and verbal form.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other data management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality orientation, motivated by achievements, and collaborative.
  • Ability to manage competing demands and diverse workload.
  • Independence and adaptability while following client business hours.
