Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled professional to manage and execute our clinical outreach campaigns, identifying key doctors and specialists for trial site activation.

This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role with significant impact on our organization's success. We're looking for someone who can design and execute targeted outreach strategies, using their expertise in clinical judgment and research to identify the right specialists and exclude poor fits.

  • Develop and implement doctor outreach campaigns for clinical trial site activation
  • Use clinical knowledge and research tools like ChatGPT, Google, and NPI Registry to identify target specialists
  • Create targeting frameworks using CPT, ICD-10, and claims logic to ensure quality and precision
  • Manage outreach coordinator(s) - assign work, check quality, and coach improvement
  • Triage replies and hand off to PM or Medical Director for NDA and qualification

This role requires strong written communication skills, ability to reverse-engineer healthcare systems, and proficiency in tools like Airtable, ChatGPT, Mixmax, and Google Sheets. Requirements
  • High-context outreach experience in healthcare, clinical research, or healthtech
  • Understanding of healthcare systems, specialties, referrals, and care delivery
