Channel Partnership Specialist

Job Summary
The Channel Management Analyst will play a key role in supporting business growth and contributing to our strategy to increase contribution to group revenues across a five-year period. This role will involve ensuring smooth communication between the Channel team and clients, resolving business inquiries, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support with managing existing relationships between TP ICAP and designated channel partners.
- Ownership and analysis of client communications, client data notifications, distributions lists, and ad-hoc client requests.
- Provide research support for Channel Management Strategic Lead to grow revenue with channel partners.
- Support with maintaining detailed account plans.
- Gather and prioritize client and market feedback to drive data procurement and increase client adoption and retention.
- Support the sales process globally.
- Engage with the brokerage business to manage data flows.
- Respond timely to data queries from channel partners and their customers.
- Work closely with audit partners to ensure data is used in a compliant manner.
- Support with onboarding new channel partners.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in a market data environment preferred (either buy-side or sell-side).
- Understanding of OTC data within financial markets.
- Strong customer focus and ability to work independently.
- Creative and commercially savvy.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Effective decision-making skills.
- Ability to work to demanding targets while maintaining organization and focus.
- Confidence, professionalism, initiative, and diplomacy.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree qualified.
- 3-4 years' experience with data distribution systems.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel functionality.
- Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret contractual terms.
- Proven communication skills.
- Knowledge of market data vendors; Bloomberg, ICE, LSEG or S&P Global.
