Job Overview

This role can be based out of various locations, including Alabang, Paranaque, Cubao, Mandaluyong, and Pasig.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer interactions via phone calls.
  • Assess customers' needs and provide guidance accordingly.
  • Utilize critical thinking and customer service skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain call durations while being friendly, informative, and helpful.
  • Ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
  • Display a sense of urgency for timely customer responses.
  • Educate colleagues on best practices for issue escalation.
  • Demonstrate professional and positive communication with customers at all times.
  • Stay up-to-date with departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
  • Meet campaign targets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Candidates with prior call center experience must have completed high school and possess at least 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Applicants without call center background should have a college degree or higher.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights.
  • Self-motivated individual responsible for their own growth and development.
  • Team player with strong integrity and a collaborative mindset.
  • Resourceful and detail-oriented.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
