
Contact Center Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-level customer service, handling maintenance requests, answering general billing questions, and offering property management information on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to all incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Listen to voicemails and process them accordingly.
- Communicate with managers regarding any request needing special attention.
- Understand and adhere to relevant community care standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Return all phone calls in accordance with company policy.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a BPO/call center setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with remote work setups.
- A dedicated workstation at home is essential.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Not afraid of using technology.
- Experience in property management is an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
