Key Responsibilities
  • Verifying customer insurance eligibility through integrated electronic systems and payer websites
  • Ensuring accurate patient identification and collecting thorough demographics
  • Documenting information for patient registration
Requirements
  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Experience using multiple computer systems efficiently
  • Understanding of insurance and medical terminology
  • Background in a hospital, clinic, insurance company, managed care organization, or financial services setting
