Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives, maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of management, and monitoring staffing processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, or human resources, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers to understand their needs and advise on talent acquisition strategies.
The Recruitment Strategist will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure staffing coverage of human resource needs.
- Developing and implementing recruitment/sourcing strategies and processes to support the hiring and business needs of the organization.
- Recommending qualified candidates to hiring managers for regular, professional, and administrative/support positions after interviewing candidates and assessing strength of qualifications against job requirements.
- Monitoring staffing processes to ensure regulatory compliance. Supporting internal job posting and transfers program. Coordinates the implementation of recruitment advertising.
- Recommending process enhancements based on analysis of quarterly staffing summary reports.
- Verifying pre-employment hiring documentation and reviews hiring decision. Evaluates and adjudicates pre-employment background checks.
- Counsels and trains managers and employees on staffing processes, regulatory compliance, and career planning.
- Develops, updates, and administers programs (e.g., Internships and Career Day).
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strategic and analytical thinking, and strong technical proficiency with recruitment software.
In addition to the core responsibilities outlined above, the Recruitment Strategist will be expected to contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting the company's culture and values to attract candidates and promote diversity and inclusion.
Key Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, or human resources.
- Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with business goals is highly valued.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers to understand their needs and advise on talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience in promoting the company's culture and values to attract candidates.
Please note that this is a mid-senior level role, and the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, recruitment strategies, and a proven track record of success in talent acquisition.
