Customer Service Representative for International Airline

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hr1001. This role involves providing exceptional service to our partner brands by handling phone-in/chat inquiries, identifying problem causes, and recommending solutions.
About the Job
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling phone-in/chat inquiries of current and prospective members
- Identifying cause of problems and recommending solutions
- Providing accurate and efficient processing of reservations or support work relating to mileage redemption, issuing of tickets, and effecting changes to schedules
- Maintaining member accounts whenever there are changes in their profiles
- Sending program-related collaterals and forms
- Advising on latest promotions and mechanics
- Managing feedback/complaints and liaising with backend support to resolve member's issues
- Involve in ad-hoc projects
- Meet daily KPI requirement

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- College level education
- At least 1 year BPO voice experience for an international account
- Experience in an airline account and GDS system is an advantage
- Experience in chat or email support is also an advantage
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work in rotating shifts
- Can work onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
- Able and willing to work on a rotational shift pattern, which will include holidays and weekends
Estimated Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - PHP 45,000 per month.
